The purchase price of your franchise is $39,995.00 plus GST for Plumbing and Electrical, $19,999.00 plus GST for Painting, and Building franchises $49,995.00 plus GST.
Yes, there is approximately $2000.00 of branded items such as stationery, uniforms and vehicle signage. You will also require a Ute or van, a desktop computer and mobile phone to operate your business.
The fee covers the rights to operate your franchise in the agreed territory for the agreed length of time; all sales enquiries that are generated for this territory, and full training and support from our experienced team.
Yes, you will have a defined and exclusive territory after discussions with you on your location.
We have a 5-step process which includes an initial meeting, 2 full days of due diligence for the interested party, documentation review, profiling and finally signing of documentation. This usually takes about 4 weeks in total.
The ongoing fee is 5% of gross sales monthly. There are no additional charges for training or marketing.
The franchisee pays for all advertising material which is supplied by the franchisor.
The business is independently valued and the sale price is agreed between the buyer and seller directly.
