The team JACK recently completed the fit-out of our latest Mitre 10 Mega in Albany. Everyone at M10 who dealt with JACK found them to be extremely professional, friendly and only to willing to help. The entire project was organised efficiently and most importantly completed on time and to a very high standard.  Flexibility and being able to adjust to changes quickly was paramount for us to ensure the store was opened on time. I would just like to acknowledge and thank the JACK team for their willingness, speed and flexibility in accommodating with any changes that had to be made.

Through the success of the fit out and Mitre 10 Mega Albany have now partnered with JACK as their preferred installer for a multitude of products from kitchens through to Heat Pumps.

From a personal standpoint I have also recently completed a renovation of my home and found JACK equally professional there. With a number of quality tradesmen under the JACK banner it definitely removes the need to organise multiple companies and helped make our renovation a lot less stressful that it could have been.

From the M10 team and me personally, I look forward to working with you all again soon and I would have no hesitation in recommending JACK in the future.

After phoning around 3 builders and having them come out and then the quotes never arrive (to this date, I still don't have the quotes, months later), I was finally put onto JACK, who came and looked at the job within 5 days and the quote was received a few days later via email and was even itemized so I could see where the money was actually going.

The job was started and completed on time and to a very high and professional standard that I've even had comments from friends and family.  Although the work was internal and in the main living area, the place was always left clean and clear at the end of the each day so that we could still use the area.  Outside the materials were stacked tidily and all areas swept clean.

I have since used JACK again, but for an electrical problem and I have no hesitation is recommending there services to other people.

(Removal of 2 internal walls, extending one wall to create closed in laundry + all electrical work).

We had occasion to use "JACK" due to a leaky shower.  A delightful young man - Stu - arrived on time and immediately put down dust covers on our carpet and his efficiency level continued until the job was completed with very little inconvenience to us.  He matched the 13 year old paint colour perfectly and in fact the finished job was better than brand new.

Stu then, on his own time, made a minor repair to our second shower which had nothing whatsoever to do with the claim.

The following day we rang the JACK office to sing the praises of Stu and the excellent job he had done.

Stu and his company impressed us so much we would highly recommend him to anyone requiring their services.
